**Role Summary**

The Skin Clinic & Medispa at HealthOne Downtown Toronto is looking to hire a full-time Administrator to join our team The HealthOne Skin Clinic & Medispa is a boutique medical aesthetics clinic which offers premium dermal filler and neuromodulator treatments, microneedling, PRP injections, CoolSculpting, laser hair removal, and laser skin resurfacing treatments. We are a tight-knit team looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for the cosmetic industry, matched with impeccable customer service, interpersonal, and administrative skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care to all patients of the HealthOne Skin Clinic.
- Efficiently handle all administrative tasks with pristine attention to detail, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing and payment, inventory management, organizing patient records, maintaining clinic cleanliness and assist with room turnover, and ensuring a smooth clinic flow.
- Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel heard, accommodated, and encounter 5-star experience at all times.
- Actively seek out new opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

**Qualifications and Qualities**
- We are looking for applicants with 1+ years’ experience working in a patient facing or guest services setting.
- Previous experience working in the beauty or aesthetics industry, specifically in a medical aesthetics or cosmetic surgery setting, is mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint) an asset.
- Impeccable communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and multitask is an absolute must.
- Post-secondary education required.
- Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends.
- Driven by a goal-oriented environment and is a self-starter Patient retention and sales should excite you.
- Previous experience working with Jane, or a similar CRM/EMR is an asset but is not mandatory.

HealthOne Toronto is located at One York - directly connected through the PATH to Union Station & Scotiabank Arena, providing exceptional foot traffic filled with potential patients seeking our services.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
