**Job Description: Skin Care Specialist & Sales Consultant (CPMT Laser Machines)Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Consultation & Education**:

- Conduct professional skin care consultations, assessing client needs and recommending appropriate CPMT Laser solutions.
- Demonstrate treatment procedures, explaining clinical results, safety protocols, and post-treatment care.
- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Promote and sell CPMT Laser machines to medspas, dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and beauty centers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Identify new business leads, attend trade shows, and represent CPMT Laser at industry events.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, supported by **a track record of successful sales performance**.
- Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- **Training & Support**:

- Provide hands-on training to practitioners and clinic staff on device operation, treatment protocols, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction and effective machine use.

**Qualifications**
- **Education & Experience**:

- Licensed Esthetician, Skin Care Specialist, or Medical Aesthetician certification required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in medical devices, aesthetics, or skincare products **with verifiable sales records**.
- Experience in skin care treatments, aesthetics, dermatology, or medical spa industry.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of skin care science, aesthetic procedures, and laser treatments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve measurable results.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, training, and trade shows.
