- Établir et entretenir de bonnes relations d’affaires avec les clients internes et externes à différents niveaux.
- Fournir un haut niveau de professionnalisme et un service au client exceptionnel.
- Diriger des équipes de superviseurs et de commis à l’inventaire.
- Mettre en place et promouvoir un milieu de travail sécuritaire.
- Avoir la possibilité de travailler selon un horaire varié et de se rendre chez nos clients.
Et possédera la combinaison suivante de compétences, de connaissances et d’expérience:
- Un diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires, idéalement en commerce ou en gestion, ou une formation et une expérience équivalentes.
- Un sens clair et précis de diplomatie et de résolution des conflits et des compétences en gestion de personnel.
- Démontrer ses compétences en leadership et en coaching.
- Des habiletés en communication écrite et verbale et des connaissances en informatique.
- Une organisation solide et de la précision dans tous les aspects du travail.

- L’expérience dans la vente au détail ou dans un entrepôt est un atout.
