We are a manufacturer and distributor of outdoor porcelain tiles. Our Porcea Elite Collection is made in Italy & designed for North America. We are looking to bring on a talented Area Sales Manager to join our team. Our company values hard work, team-effort, attention to detail, and employees that care about their work. **Requirements**: - **B2B sales experience** is a strong preference for this position (i.e. Non-retail sales experience - Excellent communication skills with **great English and French (written and verbal)**: - Deliver at a fast pace, the individual needs to be a fast learner that can quickly pick up the product line - Persistent, positive attitude with a commitment to achieving & exceeding sales targets **Responsibilities**: - Assisting customers with orders, returns, and a full range of account management and customer service. - Supporting with new products and special projects - Organizing training sessions for B2B distribution clients and industry-wide lunch & learns - Playing a key pivotal role in supporting existing larger accounts to update displays, provide samples and new product trainings to grow the account **Rewards**: - Position is a base + commission structure - You will be rewarded well with commissions if you are successful in this industry. - Salary includes a base (as per experience) and commission (awarded based on sales) ----- - Nous sommes un fabricant et distributeur de dalles en porcelaine pour l'extérieur. Missions principales: - Rôle mixte entre acquisition de nouveaux clients et développement des comptes existants Exigences: - Poste en télétravail, avec nécessité d’un véhicule pour les rencontres clients dans la région de Laval / Montréal - **Merci de ne pas postuler si vous ne résidez pas déjà dans cette région**: - Permis de conduire valide et capacité à se déplacer quotidiennement pour rencontrer des clients - Expérience en ventes B2B fortement souhaitée (expérience en vente non détaillante) - Excellentes compétences en communication en **anglais et en français** (écrit et oral) - Capacité d’apprentissage rapide et aptitude à assimiler rapidement notre gamme de produits - Attitude persistante et positive, avec un fort engagement à atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente Responsabilités: - Assistance aux clients pour les commandes, retours et service client complet - Support sur les nouveaux produits et projets spéciaux - Organisation de sessions de formation pour les clients distributeurs B2B et des événements "Lunch & Learn" dans l'industrie - Gestion et développement des comptes existants en mettant à jour les présentoirs, en fournissant des échantillons et en formant les clients sur les nouveaux produits Rémunération: - Structure **salaire fixe + commission**: - **Les commissions sont très attractives pour ceux qui réussissent dans cette industrie**: - Salaire comprenant un **fixe** (selon expérience) et une **commission** (basée sur les ventes) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Commission pay **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Paid time off Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 12 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday - No weekends Ability to commute/relocate: - Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): - Do you have a Car? **Experience**: - B2B sales: 2 years (preferred) **Language**: - French (preferred) Work Location: In person
