- **Duties Include**:_
- Help customers make an informed decision regarding their choice to buy a boat, ATV, SxS, or Lawn & Garden product.
- Make recommendations to customers based on their needs and specifications.
- Arrange and oversee delivery, registration, and inspection of boats.
- Complete any and all paperwork pertaining to the sales of products including financing.
- Complete daily tasks set in our customer management system.
- Demonstrate products both in the showroom and at off-site displays or shows.
- Introduce new customers to the dealership team
- Develop full knowledge of our product line, features, and accessories available for purchase.
- Have demonstrated great customer follow up and prospecting.
- Be a results-driven self-starter.
- Be outgoing.
- Have excellent interpersonal and written skills.
- Be familiar with quoting and manufacturing processes.
- Complete all documentation in a timely fashion.
- Be a team player.
- Share the passion of our customers and work diligently to surpass their expectations.
- Be accountable for achieving sales targets.
- Assist with the company’s overall marketing efforts and new product development.
- Have a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and their own vehicle.

**WPM Westlock**

Westlock Powersports & Marine is an authorized BRP dealer (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, and Can-Am). We also carry White River Marine Group boats and specialize in aluminum fishing boats, pontoons, and fiberglass sport fishing boats. We have a LOT of fun here at WPM and love all things in the mud, snow, or on the water. We carry lots of retail parts, apparel, and accessories and have a full-service service department as well.

Pay: Up to $160,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westlock, AB T7P 2H7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
