**Overview**:
We’re seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to oversee solution design, configuration, and deployment of D365-based systems. You’ll work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead development teams, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of D365 solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs.
- Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Ensure solution quality through testing, performance tuning, and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of D365 configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an asset.
- Experience with Azure services and related development tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
