Regina, Saskatchewan (100% On-Site) - No remote, hybrid, or off-site flexibility permitted. Contract Duration: 2 Years + Optional 2-Year Extension Start Date: October 1, 2025 This role is critical in delivering and supporting major provincial "Crown Jewel” applications such as those used by the Firearms Office, Child Support, and Agriculture departments . The successful candidate will provide expert-level solution design, technical leadership, and platform governance for over 17 existing Dynamics 365/CRM applications. To secure Dynamics 365 Technical Lead(s) to: Lead implementation of key D365-based public service applications ("Crown Jewels"). Provide expert guidance on vendor-supported D365 solutions. Support and enhance existing 17+ D365/CRM applications. Govern D365/Power Platform stability and maturity. Core Duties Include: Solution Design Customize D365 (Customer Service/Sales), Power Platform, SharePoint Online. Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, .NET plugins, Azure Functions. Technical Leadership Manage timelines, technical architecture, and quality delivery. Design admin tools and platform management solutions. Platform Support Administer security, access, and troubleshooting. Manage Azure DevOps pipelines. Integration Integrate D365 with enterprise systems (SQL Server, Oracle). Build data flows, transformations, and migration pipelines. Lead enterprise-level implementations of D365 solutions for key public-facing applications (e.g., Firearms Office, Child Support, Agriculture). Provide governance, mentorship, and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture: Customize D365/Power Platform/SharePoint; Develop Azure/.NET plugins; Automate workflows. Technical Leadership: Deliver end-to-end project execution; Manage DevOps pipelines. Operations: Administer access/security; Handle escalations; Coordinate with Microsoft. Integration & Data Connect D365 to SAP/SQL/Oracle systems; Migrate legacy data to Dataverse. Education Bachelor's in CS/Engineering OR Technical Diploma with IT sector experience (proof required). Experience 5+ years as a Senior D365 Lead for enterprise-level implementations ($1M+). Expertise in: D365 Customer Service/Sales Modules Power Pages Portal Multi-application reusable design Third-party/public portal integration (e.g., Saskatchewan Account) Willingness to work 100% On-Site in Regina.
