**About the Role**:
**As the lead Art Director for**US CRM**, you’ll be responsible for guiding our external agency in crafting visually compelling creative that engages customers, drives retention, and enhances their overall experience with eBay. You will work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams including marketing, category BUs, and social strategists, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also have the opportunity to produce in-house creative work for CRM touchpoints as needed.**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Occasionally concept, design, and execute** creative for CRM channels, with a focus on customer retention, loyalty, and brand advocacy.***:

- ** Ensure brand consistency** by adapting eBay’s global brand guidelines to align with the specific tone, voice, and customer needs of the US market.***:

- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams**, including marketing, content, design, and copy, to create CRM campaigns that are both visually impactful and strategically aligned with eBay’s marketing goals.***:

- ** Present feedback and pitch concepts** to stakeholders, including CRM, marketing, and other key teams, ensuring that your vision is communicated clearly and persuasively.***:

- ** Optimize and iterate** creative campaigns based on performance data, customer feedback, and market trends, continuously improving campaign outcomes.***:

- ** Work closely with external agencies** to guide the execution of CRM creative while ensuring it aligns with eBay’s standards and US market needs.***:

- ** Collaborate with localization teams** to ensure all content is culturally relevant and linguistically accurate for US customers.***:

- ** Occasional travel** may be required for team collaboration or photoshoots.***:
**What You Bring**:

- ** 5+ years** of experience as an**Art Director** or Senior Designer, with a focus on**CRM creative** in the**e-commerce** or**digital marketing** space.***:

- ** Bachelor’s degree** in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.***:

- ** Expert proficiency** in**Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of**After Effects** or**Cinema 4D** is a plus.***:

- ** Strong typography, composition, and visual storytelling** skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to craft visually engaging and effective content.***:

- ** Proven**experience leading creative projects** from concept to execution, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.***:

- ** Ability to work cross-functionally with**marketing**,**copy**, and**product teams**, maintaining strong creative direction and brand integrity.***:
