Overview As the team’s Art Director, you’re a key contributor of ideas and the visual leader of a creative team dedicated to producing high‑quality content. Your work will stand out on social platforms and in the real world, driving conversation and headlines. You’ll lead a team of Social Creatives and partner with a Writer to create clever, disruptive work for iconic brands. Core Responsibilities ART DIRECTION: Lead a design team to consistently deliver visual quality that meets high standards and elevate others’ work. INNOVATIVE & TRADITIONAL DESIGN: Work across traditional video and photo content, real‑world design (experiential) and social media content. BRAND DESIGN: Serve as the final voice to ensure brands have a consistent high‑quality look and feel across all mediums. IDEATION: Participate in and occasionally lead brainstorming sessions, spotting consumer or cultural tension points to develop bold ideas. PRESENTATION DESIGN: Create compelling visual stories that sell big ideas, including storyboards and presentation decks. LEADERSHIP: Oversee the career and development of a team of Designers, including a direct report. COLLABORATION: Work as part of a cross‑functional Design Team and a larger Creative Team. WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT: Manage multiple priorities and assignments in a fast‑paced, active environment, delegating work and managing team capacity. Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or Art Director with a proven track record of leading designers and stewarding brands. A broad portfolio that includes personal work and work created with a team. Portfolio showcasing ground‑breaking, innovative work, especially social media projects that elevate the medium. College or university diploma in Advertising, Graphic or Communication Design is preferred. Ability to execute concepts at a top‑tier industry level. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal. Exposure to Art Direction, Photo Shoots, and UI/UX is an advantage. Proficiency with Mac OS, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint (or Keynote).
