While you focus on sourcing leads, building relationships, and closing sales, our team will handle everything else — design, engineering, permitting, and installation. **What You’ll Do**
- Build your own reputation and personal brand in the solar industry, backed by Metric Innovative Solutions.
- Source new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Meet with homeowners, businesses, and community groups to explain solar opportunities.
- Guide clients through the value of self-generation, from savings to sustainability.
- Close deals and create long-term relationships with your clients.
- Work closely with our in-house team to ensure smooth handoff of every project.
