- **Position Overview**_

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, peels, hydrafacials, and laser therapies
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments to develop customized treatment plans
- Operate advanced aesthetic equipment including RF microneedling systems, laser platforms, and skin analysis technology
- Educate clients on proper skincare regimens and recommend appropriate medical-grade products
- Social media content creation, including before/after documentation, current trends and client education posts
- Maintain detailed client records and treatment documentation
- Ensure all treatments are performed safely and in compliance with health regulations
- Stay current with the latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and technologies
- Collaborate with medical team members to optimize client outcomes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment environment

**Required Qualifications**
- Current Medical Aesthetician certification or Esthetician diploma from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics or clinical setting (preferred)
- Proficiency in advanced aesthetic treatments (microneedling, chemical peels, laser therapy)
- Strong understanding of skin physiology, conditions, and treatment protocols
- Excellent client consultation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach

Preferred Skills & Experience (Bonuses, Not Required)
- Experience with RF microneedling systems
- Previous laser treatment experience
- Strong sales skills with ability to recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Social media and digital marketing knowledge
- Note: We provide comprehensive training on our Korean medical-grade skincare product lines, so prior knowledge is not required—just a willingness to learn_
