As we rapidly grow our team and locations, GraceMed is looking for experienced, patient-focused Medical Aestheticians to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide world-class service to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Assess and conduct medical aesthetic treatments and follow ups with patients.
- Provide patient care including but not limited to:

- Conduct intake of patients and complete consultations
- Educate patients on treatment and skin care options to address their concerns.
- Make comprehensive recommendations including injectables, skin care and surgery.
- Collaborate with patients to develop comprehensive treatment plans to help the patient achieve their desired outcomes.
- Provide Skin Care Procedures and follow ups and discuss post-care instructions with patients
- Maintain effective operation and cleanliness of devices
- Maintain clean and organized treatment room
- Diligent and up to date with patient files and charting

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in medical aesthetics from an accredited program
- 3+ years' experience in luxury customer focused Medical Aesthetician role and/or cosmetic clinic experience
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence and sell service with openness and honesty.
- Self-starter, with a proven track record of high performance (achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs).
- Proficiency and comfort with using technology and software: EMR, PMS (Patient Management Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to conduct treatment efficiently and effectively.
- Passion for the patient experience
- Expert product knowledge of the used products as well as basic knowledge of major brands
