Eco Property Maintenance is one of the lower mainland's premier landscape companies. Working from our equipment yard / office in North Vancouver we complete all kinds of residential landscape installations & maintenance from single family homes to luxury estates and commercial properties.

- Cutting grass using various types of lawn mowers (riding mower, push mower, etc.)
- Trimming and edging around flower beds, walkways, and other structures
- Removing debris and ensuring the lawn is free of clippings after mowing
- Inspecting and maintaining equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Following safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery
- Communicating with clients to understand their lawn care preferences and addressing any concerns
- Keeping records of work completed and hours worked.
- Working outdoors throughout all seasons - sun, rain, snow
- Snow removal using plows, ATV’s, Skidsteers
- Communicating with the crew and management on the execution of projects

This position is seasonal, however there is the opportunity to become year round in other areas of the company. Mowing season is generally April - September/October depending on weather conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping (1-2 years)
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining lawn care equipment
- Experience driving with a trailer preferred (can be trained)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to self-manage workload and coordinate own schedule efficiently
- **Valid BC drivers license & reliable vehicle**:

- Legally allowed to work in Canada
- Ability to comfortably lift 50lbs & work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong team player that values and wants to continue to build a great team a environment

**Compensation Package**
- Competitive wages ($25.00 p/h - $32.00+ p/h) based on experience
- Snow Removal rate in Winter $40.00 p/h
- Overtime & Stat Pay
- 4x 10 hour days = 3 day weekend (you choose your schedule)
- 4% paid vacation + annual increases (adding 1 additional day each year)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
