We are currently looking for a team leader to join our Bayland Lawn crew. We are looking for a hard working person who wants to join a growing, dynamic company. This is a full time position with lots of other work available. This is a great opportunity for steady work year round. Pay will be $20-$24 per hour depending on skill, experience and what you bring. We also offer MEDICAL BENEFITS including dental, vision and prescription drugs after 3 months.

You will be required to maintain lawns using self-propelled push mowers, trimmers and attachments, leaf blowers, rakes and brooms. Must be hard working and willing to work outside in all conditions including extreme heat and rain. You will be expected to work Mon-Fri 8-4, although there may be the odd weekend shift required. We have very high standards for customer satisfaction and service. You will be expected adhere to our standards at all times.

Experience in lawn maintenance and supervising staff is required.

**Requirements**:

- Valid G driver's license with clean driving abstract required
- Able to lift 75 lbs and is physically fit
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Professional attitude
- Working cell phone - must have data
- Ability to do physical labour and other strenuous physical tasks
- Works well as part of a team
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- To work outdoors and withstand extremes in weather
- Must have steel toe work boots, safety glasses, ear protection, and work gloves.

Duties include:

- Managing a staff of 4 - 6 people with their daily schedules, tasks and duties.
- Interacting with customers in their homes and understanding the importance of providing a high standard of professionalism.
- Cut grass, trim hedges, rake leaves, trim trees, fertilize yards, clean up driveways of debris, clean garbage from yard areas.
- Clean and maintain equipment.
- Load and unloading of equipment.
