Terra Firma Lawn and Garden is a landscape maintenance company servicing gardens and landscapes for strata and commercial buildings throughout the lower mainland, and have been in business for over 25 years. It all starts with lawn care but we do all aspects of maintenance to keep sites looking their best. We strive to listen to our employee's needs and foster a strong working relationship.

Looking for both drivers and regular crew, full time work going on a pre-determined route servicing our sites with a crew. Tasks include lawn mowing, string trimming, pruning, hedge trimming, leaf blowing, raking, and weeding. Any previous landscape maintenance experience is an asset but we are looking to hire on character first and can train you in every aspect of the position to be a pro in no time.

Pay is between $22-$25 an hour depending on level of experience and position filling.

**Qualifications**
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Driver's license and clean driving record required
- Experience driving large vehicles and pulling a trailer is an asset
- Plant/Horticultural knowledge and ID is an asset
- Comfort with being an early riser 5 days a week, we start on site typically at 8am
