**About the Role**

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager you will be a person who enjoys the challenge of a hands on role, thrives in an exclusive club environment and wants to make a difference ensuring food hygiene and health and safety compliance is maintained at all times.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Prior kitchen experience;
- Available to work early mornings, late nights and weekends;
- Takes impeccable pride in their appearance and personal hygiene;
- Adheres to exceptional service standards; and
- Holds a clear understanding of both written & spoken English.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Clean kitchen;
- Wash dishes;
- Maintain kitchen;
- Assist with food preparation;
- Assist with clearing and maintaining lounge;
- Stock for daily business and maintain stock levels; and
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

The role requires you to work across a 7-day roster however please note:

- The spread of hours will be allocated in collaboration with you to suit the needs of both the club and you;
- You will not be required to work every weekend if this is your preference;
- You will be a valued team member and treated accordingly; and
- Your input and ideas will be heard and implemented.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $23.15-$36.07 per hour
