Golden Gecko Coffee is seeking an enthusiastic person to join our team in the kitchen on weekends. The person will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and be able to handle several tasks at once.

The primary tasks of this position will be:

- Handle all food orders from front of house (breakfast sandwiches, sandwiches, bagels etc) as well as through online orders
- Assist with baking duties as required
- Manage the routine and emergency cleaning requirements in the kitchen
- Assist with the green coffee bean program for the business
- Other tasks as required during the shift

The right person is someone that can work within a team environment and has plenty of energy to make it in a hot kitchen

We offer a great discount program for the right person and would be willing to train on additional skills (barista etc) in the future.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: $15.25-$16.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Kitchen: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (required)
