**Join Our Team as a Front of House Coordinator at WAXON**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Client Experience**: Drive **client loyalty and rebook conversions** while maintaining the highest standard of guest service.
- **Performance & Team Leadership**: Oversee the Guest Service team, ensure they meet performance expectations, and host weekly one-on-one meetings, reporting into the Location Manager/Franchise Partner.
- **Client Issue Resolution**: Handle client concerns at location-level and Google reviews with professionalism, following WAXON’s protocols.
- **Operational Excellence**: Maintain schedules, manage location metrics and KPIs, support inventory tasks, and handle administrative duties within Zenoti.

- **A Sales-Driven Mindset** - Proven ability to convert guests into loyal clients through rebooking, memberships, and ‘bar tab’ packages.
- **Polished & Professional** - A brand ambassador who presents themselves with confidence in full WAXON uniform.
- **Strong Leadership & Problem-Solving Skills** - Ability to take initiative and manage a team effectively.
- **Hospitality-Focused & Service-Oriented** - Passionate about creating an elevated client experience.
- **Experience in Customer Service & Reception** - Comfortable in a **fast-paced, multi-tasking environment**.
- **Flexible Availability** - Able to work some evenings and weekends.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
