The Gitanes restaurant group is growing Hiring front and back of house positions. Minimum 2 years experience. WSET or CMS wine education encouraged for front of house roles.

We are an energetic team of hospitality professionals, passionate about the chef driven kitchens we represent. We pair dishes with natural wines and fun cocktails. Experience working with natural wines a huge asset.

We are hiring the following positions: Server, Bartender, Line Cook, Expo FOH Support

Hourly rates position dependent. Compensation is also gratuity based, calculated from a tip pool based on hours worked. Full time positions include a generous health benefits package, after a probation period. Must be able to work at least 3 consistent shifts per week. Hiring part time and full time positions. Must have Friday and Saturday nights in availability.
