**The Role**
We are currently searching for an **Administrative Assistant - Pension & Benefits**,** **reporting to the Supervisor, Pension & Benefits. This is a **Full Time, 12 Month Contract **opportunity.
**Location**
Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON.
**What You'll Be Doing**
- Scanning confidential and data sensitive pension and benefits documents and uploading them digitally to the appropriate member profiles in our Pension system
- In office liaison; filing, mailing, collecting & distributing mail
- You will be on your feet at times; scanning documents and packing boxes
- Providing support across the Pension & Benefits team as needed
- Other projects and duties as assigned
**Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience**
**Education**
- Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent required
- Completion of and/or in progress of completing a Degree or Certificate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related a strong asset
**Experience**
- 1 year of related administrative experience
- Experience printing and scanning documents, USB keys
**Skills**
- Intermediate skills in MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking initiative and following through on work assignments
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy and tact
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 2 or more hours during a shift
