The mission of the Digital Delivery sector is to provide the entire bank with cross-functional services such as SDLC tools, monitoring and testing services.

As a **DevSecOps Manager**, you will work in multidisciplinary teams that manage and deliver business and technology projects for the Digital Delivery sector.

**Your job**
- Adhere to best practices such as IaC, monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery, security, and DevOps methodologies
- Ensure the definition, planning, organization, and delivery of digital projects in an agile delivery context
- Develop the operational and functional strategy, an understanding of business needs, specifications, issues, risks, context, and components of the initiative, including related contracts with our suppliers
- Budget monitoring of initiatives and resource planning. Prepare annual budgets
- Collaborate with a multitude of internal, external and matrix partners. Build a strong two-way relationship with them.
- Grow the team of direct reports
- Create and communicate follow-up reports adapted to different audiences, complete, demonstrating high quality and control of information, with a good spirit of synthesis
- Together with the Product Owner (PO) and the Scrum Master, rigorously manage the scope of deliverables to ensure the achievement of commitments: compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality parameters
- Represent the project in various governance forums with various stakeholders and ensure good visibility, understanding and buy-in.

This position reports to the **Senior Manager, Software Engineering**.

As part of an experienced team dedicated to the success of delivery teams, you will contribute to projects in a multidisciplinary team.

**Prerequisites**
- Business related BA or other degree and 10 years of relevant experience
- 5 years’ experience in technology project management
- Ease in the Agile delivery mode
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Excellent problem solving, change management, corporate policy, critical thinking skills
- Versatile and comfortable team player when under pressure
- Banking experience preferred
- Experience negotiating with suppliers an asset
- French/English bilingualism preferred, as you frequently interact with our suppliers or partners who speak a language other than French.
