- 5 years experience in excavation construction.

**Technical Skills**:

- You are able to manage and organize a crew and their work for daily success.
- You are able to understand job costing, coding, input productions, and hours worked.
- You have a clear understanding of workplace safety and are an advocate for quality work.
- You can plan work one week in advance and support superintendent objectives

**Interpersonal Skills**:

- Great attitude towards safety
- Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team atmosphere
- Exceptional customer service
- Results-oriented
