Tier Construction Ltd. is an exciting, fast-paced work environment and we are currently seeking a qualified and experienced **Civil Foreman** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- As the Civil Foreman you will be coordinating and directing the employees and subcontractors on the project
- You will have to ensure materials and trades are on site and perform work in the correct way
- You will make sure the project is completed efficiently and effectively, and make sure all deliveries are complete to what is ordered
- You will perform daily and weekly meetings and inspections of the project
- Safety is important during any project, so you will ensure all site personnel are working within the government safe work procedures
- Conduct and attend all staff meetings

**Skills**
- Minimum of 5 years experience in water main and sewer pipe instillation
- Have strong math skills with the ability to calculate grades, slopes, etc
- Knowledge of layout and scale drawings including the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Ability to clearly communicate the best course of action to a large crews and subtrades
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining project quality, schedule and budget

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
