You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills:
**_Qualifications_**:

- 4-5 years experience in shoring and excavation projects is preferred
- Technical Skills:_
- Ensuring onsite safety and adherence to Hall’s Health & Safety guidelines
- Managing quality control on site
- Maintaining equipment & reporting any maintenance issues
- Monitoring daily productions set out within the project bid
- Toolbox meetings
- Pre-task plans
- Ensuring all relevant materials required are on site for the next week’s activities
- Timesheet entry
- Attend site meetings as required
- Setting up layout with contractors
- Coordinating with Project Manager and Superintendent for scheduling, delivery on timeline and overall costing
- Understand the criteria for all anchor testing or proof loading design
- Provide as-builts for anchor installation after doing service locates
- Interpersonal Skills:_
- Communicating with site specific geotechnical engineers
- Great attitude towards safety
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to excel in a team atmosphere

Hall Constructors specializes in large scale excavation, civil infrastructure, highway and bridge construction, underground utilities and site development projects.
