**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Assess customer needs by asking questions and listening attentively to their concerns regarding vehicle performance and maintenance.
- Provide accurate information on service options, pricing, and timelines while upselling additional services as appropriate.
- Prepare detailed work orders for technicians, ensuring all necessary information is included for efficient service delivery.
- Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the service process, updating them on progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation of all financial exchanges.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dealership setting or as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred but not required.
- Some mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Sales experience with a track record of successful upselling is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to customers.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
