**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in automotive repair and exceptional customer service skills will help ensure that our clients receive the best possible care for their vehicles. You will be responsible for managing service appointments, providing estimates, and facilitating communication between customers and technicians.

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their needs regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services recommended by technicians, ensuring customers understand the necessity and benefits.
- Manage service appointments efficiently, coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments and maintaining records of services rendered.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Skills**
- Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Experience in cash handling and financial transactions within a dealership or service environment.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers without mechanical backgrounds.
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in an automotive dealership is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
