**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with vehicle financing and leasing options, presenting a range of financial products and services.
- Secure financing through established lender partnerships while maintaining strong lender relationships.
- Accurately complete all finance and lease paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Maximize dealership profitability through effective sales of after-sale and insurance products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer experiences from vehicle selection to vehicle delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, programs, and industry trends.
- Uphold Southgate Audi’s standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry**, with **at least 2 years as a Finance Manager**.
- Strong understanding of financial products, lending practices, and F&I processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding financial targets
