**Duties and Responsibilities**

Your duties will include, and not be limited to:

- Operate a company vehicle, and service designated customers each day.
- Perform services which can include fertilizing, spraying liquids, aerating, seeding, and other lawn care services.
- Interact with customers each day to help educate, inform, and quote services and horticultural practices for beautiful lawns and to solve lawn problems.
- Inspect lawns to provide detailed notes and recommendations to our customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain a professional attitude.
- Communicate with office staff to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Complete daily production and service reports using our systems.
- Manage Time effectively to complete tasks efficiently and within deadlines.
- Ensure the equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- If needed assist as a lawn cutting technician to preform services on customer lawns or other similar service-related jobs as deemed by management
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear
- Cleaning of trucks and/or yard and sheds
- Trips to the dump/recycling centre.

**Requirements**:

- A valid driver’s licence (full G preferred) and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A positive attitude and ‘can-do’ work ethic.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers.
- Be punctual, have good time management and organization skills, and an ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance.
- Walk 10 to 20 km per day.
- Frequently move or lift 25 pounds and periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
- Be working 40 hrs a week with the flexibility to work extra hours as required as scheduled.

Previous experience in lawn care an asset but not required

Company uniforms are supplied.

A very competitive wage $600 - $700 a week, plus performance bonuses if you reach production quotas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
