**Job Summary**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Use mowers, trimmers, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage
- Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal
- Operate snowblowers and other winter equipment
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
- Ensure all proper PPE is being worn at all times

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record is preferred
- Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with common lawn care and landscaping equipment
- Prior experience or work in seasonal maintenance (preferred)
- Reliable and self-motivated
- **Transportation to and from the work place (public transportation is not available)**

Employer is willing to train.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Sudbury, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
- lawn care: 1 year (preferred)
- snow removal: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-10-07
