Enviro-Tech is looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable and Payroll Administrator Working directly with the Senior Accountant, this individual will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and processing AR & Payroll data-related information.

Accounts Receivable
- Entering cheques/EFTs/CODs/CCs
- Semi-monthly payments
- Customer follow-up and disputes
- Collections assessment
- Monthly customer statements
- Bank rec's w/ GE
- Monthly account reconciliations
- PST credits
- Customer EFT set-up
- Monthly stationary ordering

Accounts Payable
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- Enter and post all vendor invoices.
- Check if invoices were billed correctly
- Prepare cheque runs once a week and remit payments via EFT, cheques or online banking
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Reconcile vendor accounts from their statements and follow up for any invoices missing
- Reconcile Petty Cash

Here's what you need to be successful:

- Completion of a recognized Payroll course (or working towards it)
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role, processing AR and payroll
- Experience working with MS Office, Excel (Intermediate/Advanced), Outlook, ADP
- Experience with CRM's
- Strong skills using and understanding the flow of payroll processes on an automated payroll system
- High attention to detail with an ability to investigate any discrepancies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with pay data
- Experience processing benefit programs, provincial taxes, and reporting
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be currently qualified to work in Canada.

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
