**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students learning English as a second language.
- Utilize various teaching methods and materials to enhance language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and informal evaluations to tailor instruction accordingly.
- Create a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and collaboration among students.
- Provide tutoring support to students needing additional help outside of regular class hours.
- Foster cultural awareness and sensitivity in the classroom by integrating diverse perspectives into lessons.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring English as a second language.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear instruction and feedback.
