**Job Summary**:
**Job Duties**:

- Setup CNC Mills by selecting the correct tools, using fixtures if necessary, and picking up offsets to produce an accurate first off part
- Run parts for production as per order amounts and to drawing specifications
- Maintain a clean and efficient work area
- Operate the CNC equipment in a safe and productive manner following all safety rules and regulations
- Preventative machine maintenance
- Comply with all applicable OHSA, ESA, and other provincial regulatory laws, as well as company safety policies
- Any other duties as assigned by the Machining Supervisor or Senior Leadership team

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous work experience as a CNC Mill Setter/Operation, preferred
- Knowledge of G&M Codes, preferred
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Experience with HAAS CNC mills and lathes, preferred
- Ability to machine all types of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless, and plastic)
- Must be able to read precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges)
- Must be able to read a print
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good math skills
- Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
- Great attention to detail
- First and Foremost, prioritizing quality in all job tasks

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

***Day Shift & Afternoon Shift Available**

**Hourly wage: $21-$25/hour based on experience + shift premium**
