**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
- Prepare and generate financial reports as required by management
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) to manage transactions and records efficiently.
- Support general office management tasks such as sorting mail, organizing documents, and maintaining tidy workspaces
- Assist in miscellaneous tasks as required, in line with the scope of the role
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including payroll, A/P, and A/R
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Capable of working independently and within a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance is an asset but not required

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
