Are you a skilled and compassionate individual with a passion for dental care? We are currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at Country Dental. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is committed to providing outstanding patient care and supporting the overall success of our practice.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Chairside Assistance**: Assist the dentist during dental procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.
- **Sterilization**: Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and treatment rooms.
- **Patient Care**: Engage with patients in a friendly and professional manner, helping to ensure their comfort and addressing any concerns.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and other relevant details in patient records.
- **X-Ray Assistance**: Take and process dental X-rays as directed by the dentist and in compliance with state regulations.
- **Qualifications**:_
- **Dental Assisting Certification**: Completion of a recognized dental assisting program or equivalent experience, NDAEB Level 2.
- **X-Ray Certification**: Certification in dental radiography, with knowledge of digital imaging systems.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous in maintaining accurate records and adhering to infection control protocols.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude, willing to assist in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice.
- **Technology skills**:Country Dental has lots of advanced technology and more to come, lots of opportunity to learn new technology skills looking for someone eager to learn.
- **Requirements**:_
- Valid **Level 2 dental assisting and X-ray certifications.**:

- Previous experience in a dental office is preferred.
- Preferred Dentrix Experience.

Wages are based off experience and references will be requested.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
