**ABA Group Facilitator - Part-Time (Evenings Only)**

**Location**: Based in Fergus, Ontario | May require travel throughout Wellington and Dufferin County
**Start Date**: July 1, 2025
**Schedule**: Weekday evenings, between 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (one to two days per week to start)
**Status**: Part-Time
**Compensation**: $21-25

We are currently hiring a **Part-Time ABA Group Facilitator** to support evening group programming for children and youth with autism and related needs. Sessions take place on weekday evenings, typically for 2 hours between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. This role will begin with **1-2 evenings per week (approximately 2-6 hours/week)**, with the **option to increase hours over time** based on group needs and staff availability.

This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Early Childhood Education, Education, Child & Youth Work, Educational Assistance, or a related field. You will implement group-based programming under the supervision of a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and support structured ABA-based group sessions targeting communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Implement group routines and activities as outlined in the program plan
- Prompt, model, and reinforce appropriate social behaviours and participation
- Collect session data using **Portia Pro**, our digital data collection system
- Prepare and organize materials before sessions and assist with cleanup
- Support a safe, inclusive, and engaging group environment
- Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors and colleagues

**Qualifications**:

- Education or training in ABA, Early Childhood Education, Education, Child & Youth Work, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Comfortable supporting small groups and managing multiple learners
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Availability for weekday evening shifts (4:00 PM - 8:00 PM); starting at 1-2 evenings per week
