**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Perform account analysis and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Manage vehicle sales postings, accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify transactions and maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Utilize accounting software, specifically REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS, to manage financial data efficiently.
- Assist in corporate finance activities by preparing financial statements and reports as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role within the finance department.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly in account analysis and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS (ERA Ignite)or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- A background in automotive accounting is a plus.
