**Position Overview**

We are seeking **Sales and Customer Service Representatives** to assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience. This role is well suited for individuals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
- Process orders and ensure correct data entry
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay informed about company products and services
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional and positive attitude

**Job Details**
- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Compensation**: $620.00 - $1,260.00 per week (bonus opportunities available)
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- **Location**: In-person, Kitchener-Waterloo, ON
- **Benefits**: Flexible scheduling, company events, on-site parking
- **Language Requirement**: French is not required
