**Customer service/ Administration specialist Position**
- **Have Experience in both Administration/ sales with both existing and new customers**
- **Be able to independently operate in an effective and efficient manner in a busy environment at times**
- **Polite, professional and well-spoken phone manner**
- **Computer experience - Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook**
- **Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team**
- **Confidence in upselling, providing advice to customers, product knowledge**

- **Punctual and reliable**

**Experience with basic accounting (post-secondary education is an asset)**
