Route Service Representative

Route Service Representative Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service, and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Our Route Service Sales Representatives Enjoy Comprehensive 10‑week training program Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route Majority of work on a 4‑Day workweek No night or weekend shifts for most routes Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives Key Responsibilities Include Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Requirements Valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license for a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs (Provincial requirements). Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High School diploma, GED, or equivalent Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Self‑motivation and teamwork to meet goals. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
