Advanced Marine and PowerSports is preparing for the spring season and looking to expand our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on marine and powersport engines, systems, and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with boats and marine vessels.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper functioning of engines, electrical systems, and other components.
- Install, repair, and replace parts and components as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
- Experience working with power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
