**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a desire to be part of an early stage company. As our Recruitment Specialist you will be able to develop your skills and work with an enthusiastic team on a short term contract (3 months), that has opportunity to extend.

**On a Typical Day, You Will**:

- Partnering with the team and leaders to help develop and execute both a short
- and long-term People strategy that directly supports and enables the business' objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to implement the most effective and optimized organizational structures, with an eye for longer-term growth and stability.
- Support and collaborate on D+I initiatives
- All other duties as assigned

**Who Are You?**
- Team Player and Problem Solver
- Value an empathic and kind team
- 3+ years experience working in a specialized recruitment function
- Understanding of HR programs including competitive compensation, talent attraction, and talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting and sourcing technical and non-technical talent across North America
- Analytically driven; you utilize qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving and root cause analysis.
