**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and proactively manage all scope of work issues.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and other personnel
- Oversee multiple crews on a project
- Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Coordinate the scheduling of manpower, materials and equipment for efficient site operations.
- Manage and track project hours to budget
- Implement and follow established quality control procedures and ensure high quality end product
- Communicate with project stakeholders as needed.
- Participate in planning and scheduling with the project team as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

- Construction Supervisor: 7 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Journeyperson Carpenter Ticket (preferred)
