As the shop foreman, you'll fully engage yourself in our fast-paced, high-energy shop, showing unwavering precision, passion, and dedication. You’ll join forces with a team of talented professionals to surpass our expectations for quality and innovation.

The Shop Foreman will work with and assist the Shop Manager to ensure the shop is running in a way that provides exceptional safety and outstanding customer service. The Shop Foreman will provide front-shop customer advice and assistance when needed and must have very good communication and phone skills. The role includes training, coaching, leading others, and working to grow the business by developing your team.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Able to diagnose and inspect vehicles to make fair, honest and accurate recommendations to customers of needed repairs and potential problem areas
- Full knowledge of safety and environmental standards and regulations, and ensures complete adherence to these policies
- Use shop equipment such as lifts, welders, diagnostic equipment, tools etc.
- Able to do independent repairs to vehicles when needed
- Other duties as requires

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of previous vehicle repair experience
- High School Diploma (post-secondary an asset)

Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
