**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, graphics, videos, and interactive elements.
- Monitor social media trends, news, and competitors to identify opportunities for content creation and audience engagement.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to support marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all channels.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Expertly style outfits and create engaging social media content to boost our online presence and inspire with confidence as a fashion influencer.

**Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, metrics, and best practices across various platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions for social media content and campaigns.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Experience with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Adsfg.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies is desirable.
