Job Title: Social Media Manager for Rob's Famous Fried Chicken and Panini's Italian Cucina

Are you a social media maven with a passion for food and a flair for creativity? Look no further We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team and take our online presence to the next level for two beloved restaurants: Rob's Famous Fried Chicken and Panini's Italian Cucina.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty for both restaurants.
- Create captivating content including photos, videos, and graphics to showcase our delicious dishes, vibrant atmosphere, and unique dining experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure maximum reach and impact across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and campaigns for better results.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community and conversation online.
- Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to align social media efforts with overall brand messaging and promotions.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and social media collaborations to expand our reach and attract new audiences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing social media accounts for restaurants or food-related businesses.
- Exceptional photography and videography skills, with the ability to shoot and edit high-quality content.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
