Client Sales Associate

Golden Management is looking for an energetic and results-driven Client Sales Associate to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for driving in-field sales growth by cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients across various industries. Your sales expertise will be key in promoting our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales goals. This role requires a proactive mindset in business development and strong communication skills to engage with a diverse range of clients.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Sales & Service: Manage all aspects of the sales cycle— from introducing products to closing sales—while providing outstanding customer service every step of the way.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals by tailoring solutions to customer needs and promoting the benefits of our clients' products.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to promote products and services in both the automotive and home improvement industries.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on industry trends and product details so you can confidently provide information to customers.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles (retail, hospitality, or similar).
- Sales-Driven: You are motivated by closing sales and are excited about earning commission. You understand the power of building relationships to make sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You know how to connect with customers, build rapport, and address their needs.
- Reliability: You are dependable, punctual, and always prepared for your shifts.
- Professionalism: You represent our client’s brands with pride, maintaining a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Student Mindset: You are willing and eager to learn and strive for consistent growth and self-improvement.
- Adaptability: Comfort in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and teamwork are key to success.
- Full-Time Availability: Must be available for full-time work as well as some weekends.
