**We’re looking for a Sales Associate to**:

- Deliver compelling presentations or pitches to customers directly, highlighting the value proposition of the product or service
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of services and promotions by attending educational workshops to stay up to date on new communication services offered by our clients
- Shadow the sales methods of our Sales Associates and Management staff to emulate their sales procedures to meet sales trajectories
- Advise consumers of communication solutions they qualify for by completing accurate and punctual cost calculations to determine which service best fits their needs
- Develop tailored solutions for each client to conquer their concerns and focus on their immediate and long-term objectives
- Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and communication efforts
- Serve our clients with respect, passion, and integrity to enhance client relations and drive sales revenue

**We require our Sales Associate to have**:

- Experience in sales, sales management, client-facing, or customer support preferred
- Enthusiastic to develop independently as well as in a team atmosphere
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, with a high degree of self-confidence
- Results-driven, profoundly motivated, self-starter who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for assisting others
- Ability to exercise good judgment by acknowledging urgency and establishing priorities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems
- Reliable transportation
- The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and company strategies is important in a dynamic sales environment

Pay: $47,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
