**Résumé du poste**
En tant que leader ultime de leur magasin, un responsable de magasin est responsable de tous les aspects de la performance du magasin, en veillant à ce que toutes les zones du magasin soient activées, atteignant les résultats clés et offrant une expérience client de classe mondiale. Les responsables de magasin sont responsables du recrutement et du développement des collaborateurs. Ils sont chargés de créer un environnement et une culture en magasin où les gens se sentent profondément appartenir à l'entreprise et ont la possibilité de se développer. En conséquence, ils veillent à ce que leur magasin offre une expérience client de qualité, en ligne avec les valeurs et les directives de l'entreprise (expérience des employés, opérations du magasin, produits et relations avec la communauté). Les responsables de magasin sont également responsables de la gestion des comptes de médias sociaux pour leur emplacement, en veillant à ce que la création de contenu soit conforme à l'image de la marque et aux tendances actuelles.

Encadrer, développer et motiver votre équipe pour atteindre ses objectifs
Établir les horaires de travail et suivre la disponibilité des employés
Gérer efficacement la performance de l’équipe afin de se concentrer sur les résultats positifs
Assurer le fonctionnement sûr et efficace des espaces de vente et de service
Superviser le développement et la mise en œuvre d’initiatives d’amélioration continue
Gestion des stocks via Shopify
Superviser les comptes de médias sociaux et assurer la création de contenu

Solides compétences en leadership : au moins deux ans d’expérience en gestion de commerce de détail ou l’équivalent sont un atout.
Un engagement envers la qualité et un investissement constant dans les résultats qui ajoutent de la valeur à l’entreprise.
La capacité à travailler selon un horaire variable si nécessaire (généralement 4 jours de semaine + 1 jour de week-end).
Être un ambassadeur de la marque en magasin et dans la communauté.
