About Us:
Metro Store, a leading retail chain in Montreal, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Store Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and lead a team of store employees, providing guidance and support.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development.

Customer Service:
Ensure excellent customer service by setting high standards for the team.

Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

Inventory Management:
Oversee and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Implement strategies to minimize stock losses and optimize inventory turnover.

Operational Excellence:
Ensure the store operates efficiently by coordinating daily activities and tasks.

Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.

Training and Development:
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to enhance performance.

Identify training needs and collaborate with the management team to implement relevant programs.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems effectively.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $21.25-$25.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
