Store Manager

**Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and meet sales targets.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies.
- Create work schedules for store employees, taking into account business needs and employee availability.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for customers.
- Oversee merchandising and product displays to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are preferred to communicate with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
